The resort was a beautiful getaway, although the
entertainment options were somewhat lacking in the evenings. Our family enjoyed the spacious room and the friendly staff, but we wished for more engaging activities after dinner. Overall, it was a lovely experience despite the few areas needing improvement.

Would come there again
Our Preferred Club Deluxe Ocean View Double Beds room was spacious and well-cleaned daily. Amenities like a minibar and complimentary snacks were nice. The beach was clean with soft white sand. The kids enjoyed the friendly kids club. Spa had many treatments, but the noise level in restaurants could be improved. Drinks were good too.

great access to beautiful beaches and local attractions
During my stay, I loved how close everything was, as I didn't need to walk a mile to get to the beach or restaurants. The beach party was an incredible experience that I wouldn't want to miss out on.

Although the beachfront location offered stunning views and spacious accommodations, the customer service experience was severely lacking. On arrival, there was confusion regarding reservation details, resulting in a lengthy check-in process. Additionally, at the buffet, service delays were frustrating, with staff unresponsive to drink requests. The wide variety of food options, especially the homemade preserves, stood out and provided some enjoyment during the stay.

I truly appreciated the beautifully maintained gardens and pools, welcoming any senior traveler. The accessibility around the resort made it easy for me to explore without any hindrances.
More shaded areas by the pool would be great.

We had a fantastic time staying here with our grandkids! The variety of activities was impressive, especially for the little ones. The beach was stunning, and the pools provided a fun place to splash around. The kids loved the entertainment team, particularly Mirian!
My kids wished there were more options for evening activities. Some nights felt a bit quiet for families.

Outstanding family-friendly experience
I recently stayed at a resort with my husband and our 2-year-old, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The location by the beach was perfect, and upon arrival, we found a crib set up for our little one. The diverse food options across the restaurants were excellent, and the warm, friendly service made us feel truly welcomed. A highlight was the hydrotherapy session, which was incredibly relaxing, and I must mention the attentive staff in the gym who provided fantastic guidance. The only area for improvement would be the variety of shade options around the pools.

We had an amazing time enjoying the beach with always-available palapas and loved grabbing snacks at the coffee station. The pool and beach access were perfect for relaxation, though we did experience a couple of hiccups with the mini bar not being restocked. Pro tip, make dinner reservations early to ensure you get a table at the popular spots! 🌊
